Dr. Sanjay Maitra has more than 24 years of experience as a nephrologist and is counted as a renowned nephrologist in India. He is an expert in hemodialysis, renal replacement treatment, peritoneal dialysis, and both living donor and cadaveric kidney transplantation.

He did his MBBS from the University of Calcutta, his MD in internal medicine from Maharshi Dayanand University, and his DM in nephrology from the Chandigarh-based Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research.
