Dr. Bipin S Walia is amongst the finest and most renowned spine and neurosurgeons in India. He has performed over 7000 successful spine and neuro surgeries in his career span which earned him a reputable position as a few of the best neurosurgeons in northern India.

He has vast experience of more than three decades in this field with a special focus on minimally invasive surgery for spinal tumors and motion-preserving surgery. He is an executive committee member of AO Spine, India, and has been affiliated with various associations like the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Asian Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and North American Association of Spinal Surgeons.

He graduated from the Armed Force Medical College in Pune with a Master’s degree in Surgery and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine. After that, he earned his MCh from New Delhi’s reputed All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr. Walia received his spine surgery training at the University of Erlangen in Germany, the Medical Education and Research Institute in Texas, and the University of Mainz in Germany. He also completed a Neurosurgery course at Sydney’s St. Vincent’s Hospital.

He is an executive committee member of AO Spine, India, and has been affiliated with various associations like the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Asian Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and North American Association of Spinal Surgeons.
