The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) was founded by the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) under the Societies Registration Act – 1860 and is NABH and NABL accredited. The Public Works Department laid the foundation stone in 2003 and finished the first phase of ILBS in 2009. It was established by the Delhi government for the diagnosis and treatment of liver and biliary illnesses, as well as advanced training and research in the field. This liver and biliary hospital is the country’s first of its type and one of the best hospitals in New Delhi.
