Dr Aabha Nagra is one of the most coveted and finest hepatologists having received her training in Hepatology and Liver transplantation from some of the prestigious international institutes including the Mayo Clinic, USA, The Royal Free Hospital, London and King’s College Hospital, London UK.

She has been awarded the P N Berry Scholarship for UK administered by the high Commission of India, London for the year 1995-1996. Dr Aabha is also the recipient of the Young investigator Travel Bursary for the European Association of the Study of Liver conference in London.
She was among the first in India to concentrate on pediatric and adult hepatology. She played a key role in establishing the initial liver transplant programmes at Jaslok Hospital and later at Apollo Hospital in Mumbai. She took part in Western India’s first successful pediatric liver transplant.
She has been effectively treating patients with all liver illnesses from India and abroad for almost 32 years. In her area of expertise, which encompasses adult and pediatric liver transplants and liver disorders, she is talented and renowned for finding solutions to complicated issues.
