Her areas of expertise include Clinical dermatology (including drug reactions, eczemas, allergies, hair loss, and pigmentation), cosmetic dermatology, paediatric dermatology, and sexually transmitted diseases. . Dr. Monga is competent in all dermato surgical techniques, including vitiligo surgeries, electrocautery, cryotherapy, radiofrequency, and nail surgeries, among others. She is also skilled in using a variety of lasers and lights, including those for scarring, pigmentation, and hair removal. She is also known for her expertise in treatments for hair and nail issues, anti-aging, acne and acne marks/scars, pigmentation (peels/laser), and acne.

She is a member of the Delhi Medical Council and the Indian Association of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy, among other illustrious organizations.
