Dr. Milind Wagh is a plastic and cosmetic surgeon in India with board certification and more than 20 years of experience. He is also a full member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, which is the world’s leading organization for qualified and trained cosmetic surgeons. He was awarded the ETHICON Professor in Cosmetic Surgery by the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (APSI) for the year 2010. He has been the Deputy Editor of the Indian Journal of Plastic Surgery for the last eight years. He is also a member of the Executive Council of APSI.
He completed his graduation from the TN Medical College in Mumbai and then pursued his MS (Master’s in Surgery) and MCH from LT Medical college in Mumbai. After that, he had the privilege of being selected as a Clinical and Research Fellow to learn advanced microsurgery at the Bernard O’Brien Institute of Microsurgery, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, under Professor Wayne Morrison, one of the best microsurgeons in the world.
After coming back from Melbourne, Dr. Milind Wagh started his own practice. His main areas of interest are Aesthetic procedures and Reconstructive Hand and Microsurgery, and he has over 20 years of experience in this field.
