He has been bestowed with several accolades and awards, which include the Second Best Paper on “Patient Satisfaction in Dacryocystorhinostomy Surgery” at the Oculoplasty Association of India’s Annual Conference in Guwahati in 2004 and the Best Paper in Orbit and Oculoplastic from the All India Ophthalmology Society Annual Conference in 2007.
